Orders typically ship within 48 hours and take 1–3 business days to arrive depending on your proximity to San Francisco.

We don't currently ship on weekends.

In your email, please include:
- Order number and name
- Whether you'd like an exchange or a refund
- If exchanging: include desired new gender shoe size & style
Return + exchange policy: We accept new, unworn shoes for exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery.
We cover all within-U.S. return and exchange shipping costs!
You can expect to receive your refund or new pair within two weeks of dropping your package with the return shipper.
Returns + exchanges on orders shipped outside of the U.S.
We accept new, unworn shoes for exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery, but cannot offer free return and exchange shipping for orders shipped outside the United States.
You'll need to pay shipping costs associated with the return (including but not limited to—shipping costs associated with you sending the product back to Mohinders, Mohinders' shipping costs associated with sending you a new product, for exchanges).

("Mohinders"), is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the country you have asked us to ship to. If any such duties or taxes are imposed, you will be responsible for paying them. In addition, Mohinders is not responsible for any delays due to packages getting held up in customs.
