  • Exchange for a new style or color

    If you’d like to exchange for a different style, color, or gender size, please contact us at: mohinfo@mohinders.com with the following information:


    • The name associated with the order
    • Order number
    • Desired new shoe style name, color and gender size

  • International returns + exchanges

    We currently offer online international returns & exchanges for orders shipped to Canada and Australia for a fee with automated shipping labels included.

    We are not currently able to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside of these areas. As a result, all other international customers are responsible for return shipping.

    • Inside the package, be sure to include your packing slip, or if you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, email address, and order number (e.g. 11120).

    If you’re outside of our return window of 30 days from the shoes' delivery date, get in touch with us at mohinfo@mohinders.com if you still want to return or exchange your shoes and we’ll see what we can do.

  • Sizing + Fit

    Mohinders are made by hand, one shoe at a time.

    Naturally, there is variation to each pair and some nuance in the fit of each style.

  • Returns + Exchanges policy

    We accept new, unworn shoes for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure to return the dustbag together with your shoes.

    We cover all within-U.S. return + exchange shipping costs. We also offer online international returns + exchanges for orders shipped to Canada and Australia for a fee with automated shipping labels included.

    If you’re outside of our 30-day return window, get in touch with us if you still want to return or exchange your shoes and we’ll see what we can do.

    Please note that any outbound shipping upgrade fees paid are non-refundable.

  • Returns + Exchanges – how does it work?

    We accept new, unworn shoes for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery.


    We offer free shipping, returns + exchanges on all orders shipped within the U.S. We also offer online returns + exchanges for orders shipped to Canada and Australia for a fee with automated shipping labels included.


    Use our online Returns + Exchanges Portal found via the two buttons at the top of this page, or at mohinders.happyreturns.com

    • We’ll ask for the order number (e.g. 11120) and the shipping zip or postal code as it appears in your order confirmation email.

    • Then you can select the item(s) you’d like to exchange or return.


    * If you need a different style or color, get in touch with us at mohinfo@mohinders.com and provide your order number and which style, color and gender size you'd like.

    * Please note that by placing a return through our Returns + Exchanges portal does not mean that you will automatically receive a refund. You must drop off your return or have it picked up and scanned in order for your refund to be initiated. If you have any questions or need immediate assistance, please email us at mohinfo@mohinders.com

  • When will I receive my order?

    If you choose free Ground Shipping

    • Orders typically ship within 48 hours and take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on your proximity to San Francisco.

    • You'll receive an email with a tracking number, once your order has shipped.


    If you choose USPS Priority

    • Orders typically ship within 48 hours and take 1-3 business days to arrive depending on your proximity to San Francisco.

    • You'll receive an email with a tracking number, once your order has shipped.


    WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP ON WEEKENDS Orders placed after 12pm PT on Fridays typically ship the following Monday.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping?

    If you need your Mohinders sooner than our standard or USPS Priority delivery times, email mohinfo@mohinders.com.
    *Expediting should be possible for an additional charge.
  • When will my exchange ship out?

    Your exchange will be initiated as soon as your mail person picks up and scans the pair you are returning. Your new pair will ship out according to our ship time estimates — found above, in “When will I receive my order?”
  • When will I receive my refund?

    Your refund will be initiated as soon as your mail person picks up and scans the pair you are returning. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been initiated.


    Please note the following:

    • By placing a return through our Returns + Exchanges portal does not mean that you will automatically receive a refund. You must drop off your return or have it picked up and scanned in order for your refund to be initiated. If you have any questions or need immediate assistance, please email us at mohinfo@mohinders.com

    • Please note that credit card refunds should show up on your card's online account within 5-7 business days after the card issuer finishes processing it on their end. Refunds to a Paypal account should show up later the same day.

    • Please note that any outbound shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Return shipping for U.S.-based customers is free.

  • International shipments (duties & taxes)

    Most international shipments will incur duties and taxes. Mohinders Shoes, Inc. is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the country you have asked us to ship to. If any such duties or taxes are imposed, you will be responsible for paying them. In addition, Mohinders is not responsible for any delays due to packages getting held up in customs.
  • What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

    Sorry about that!


    You can still use our automated Return + Exchange portal for this.

    • Click the button titled "Start a Return" at the top of this page.

    • When it asks you why you are returning the shoes please select “Damaged Item Received” or “Wrong Item Received.”
