Return + exchange policy for orders shipping within the U.S.
Wrong size exchanges for new unworn shoes // if the shoes don't fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you a new pair in a different size. We'll also pay the return shipping costs. Just make sure you haven't worn them outside. We can't take them back if they're scuffed up.
Refunds for new, unworn shoes // return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs. Same deal, don't wear them outside. We can't take back scuffed up shoes.Here's how returns & exchanges work // send us an email to email@example.com letting us know your name, order number (if you know it) and whether you're returning the shoes for a refund or exchanging them for a new size (we hope for a new size!). Then we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label by email. Once you receive the label, please send us the shoes and the shoe-bag (no need to send any of the other packaging). Feel free to use the box they were originally sent in, or any other cardboard box.
You should expect to receive your refund or new pair within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases, you will receive a refund or your new pair more quickly.
Return + exchange policy for orders shipped outside of the U.S.Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns and exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States. Of course, we will accept returns and exchanges as above, but you will be required to pay any shipping costs associated with the return (including but not limited to the shipping costs associated with you sending the product back to mohinders and mohinders' shipping costs associated with sending you a new product, if an exchange).
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the world. However, a quick disclaimer to those who are ordering a pair for delivery outside the USA. Mohinders Shoes, Inc. ("Mohinders"), is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the country you have asked us to ship to. If any such duties or taxes are imposed, you, the buyer/customer, will be responsible for paying them. In addition, Mohinders is not responsible for any delays due to packages getting held up in customs. In other words, if you're having a pair shipped to you outside the USA, do so at your own risk.
Your shipping options
We offer free ground shipping (in the continental USA) now and soon will give you the ability to pay an additional fee for 2-day or overnight shipping. We use USPS First Class International for all shipments outside the USA.Additional info on shipping + returns
