Free shipping, returns + exchanges within the U.S.!

To return or exchange your shoes, email mohinfo@mohinders.com

Exchange Policy // we accept new, unworn shoes for a size exchange within 14 days of delivery. We pay all shipping costs within the U.S.! Just make sure you haven't worn them outside. We can't take them back if they're scuffed up or dirty.

Return Policy // we accept new, unworn shoes for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. We pay the return shipping costs within the U.S.! Same deal, don't wear them outside as we can't take them back if they're scuffed up or dirty.

How it works

    1. Email mohinfo@mohinders.com with your name, order number (if you know it) and whether you're returning the shoes for a refund or exchanging them for a new size.
    2. We email you a prepaid return shipping label.
    3. Print the label, attach to the box they were originally sent in (or any similar sized cardboard box) and send back your shoes and dustbag.
    4. Drop off at the carrier.

You can expect to receive your refund or new pair within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.   


Return + exchange policy for orders shipped outside of the U.S.

We cannot offer free returns and exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States. We do accept returns and exchanges as listed above, but you'll need to pay shipping costs associated with the return (including but not limited to the shipping costs associated with you sending the product back to Mohinders and Mohinders' shipping costs associated with sending you a new product, for exchanges).



Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the world. However, a quick disclaimer to those who are ordering a pair for delivery outside the USA: Mohinders Shoes, Inc. ("Mohinders"), is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the country you have asked us to ship to. If any such duties or taxes are imposed, you, the buyer/customer, will be responsible for paying them. In addition, Mohinders is not responsible for any delays due to packages getting held up in customs. In other words, if you're having a pair shipped to you outside the USA, do so at your own risk.

We offer free ground shipping (in the continental USA). We use USPS First Class International for all shipments outside the USA.
